Boise Police responded to a report of
suspicious persons on the 2100 block of South Scyene Way early
Saturday morning, March 17th, at approximately 2:00 a.m. Multiple
witnesses tell police they saw the suspects attempting to get into
vehicles in the neighborhood. Neighbors tell police the suspects
then got into a vehicle and drove away. Using information provided
by witnesses, officers located the suspects in the vehicle and
conducted a traffic stop near Taluka and Wind Dancer street.
Officers recovered stolen items that had been taken from victim's
vehicles. After a detailed investigation the suspects were
transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed
charges.

Boise Police on patrol Saturday evening, March
17th, at approximately 10:00 p.m. observed a vehicle fail to signal
and conduct an improper lane change on the 1500 block of West State
Street. Officers quickly determined the suspect vehicle belonged to
Khan Saheb, who had a current warrant for his arrest on felony
charges. Officers conducted a felony type traffic stop on the
vehicle which had several occupants at the time. After taking the
suspect into custody, officers recovered a water device used to
smoke marijuana and determined it belonged to Saheb. Officers also
located five prescription pills in a bag belonging to a passenger,
Lodaicy Teldeschi, who did not have the required documentation for
the pills. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the
above listed charges.
The felony arrest warrant for Khan Saheb stems
from an ongoing investigation into property and electronics damaged
at an apartment on the 3100 block of South Apple Street during an
altercation on March 15th of this year. Evidence indicates the
suspect was involved in destroying a television, furniture and
other items after being told to leave the residence. That
investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County
Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony
warrant.

Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Probation Violation Charges (F),
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Carrying a Concealed Weapon
(m)
Boise Police on patrol early Sunday morning, March 18th, at
approximately 3:30 a.m. observed a vehicle weaving in its lane and
fail to signal a turn near Federal Way and Broadway Avenue. As
officers contacted the driver they determined he had a current
warrant for his arrest on Probation Violation charges. A Boise
Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of
drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a scales with Meth residue
on it. Officers also located a knife in the suspect's pocket. The
suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed
charges.

31, Boise
Charges: Driving Under
the Influence (DUI)(F), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m)
Boise Police observed a vehicle strike the curb two
times, then drive up onto the sidewalk at Orchard and Albion
Streets early Monday morning, March 19th, just after midnight and
conducted a traffic stop. The suspect, who appeared to be very
intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and
blew a .24/.23 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada
County Records indicated the suspect had 2 prior convictions for
DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the
Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

Boise Police responded to a report of a theft
at a retail store on the 400 block of North Milwaukee Street
Saturday, March 17th at approximately 5:00 p.m. Store employees
tell police that they witnessed the suspects remove security
devices using a tool and then conceal items before attempting to
leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the
suspects entered the store with the intent to commit the thefts
resulting in the burglary charges. The suspects were transported to
the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
The Boise Police Department has developed a

agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and
national chains. The goal of the BPD Organized Retail Crime Unit is
to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can
impact consumer prices.
