Threats with a gun end in Aggravated Assault arrest; Weekend incident report

02-13-12 Threats with a gun end in Aggravated Assault arrest; Weekend incident report

   Arrested: Robert W. Nicol, 23, Boise

   Charges: Aggravated Assault (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a fight in the street at the intersection of Overland and Shoshone early Saturday morning, February 11th, at approximately 3:00 a.m. Victims tell police the suspect had been hiding in the back seat of the vehicle under a blanket and emerged to attack a male victim in the front seat. According to witnesses, the vehicle stopped in the intersection and a fight began. At one point, witnesses tell police the suspect threatened one of the victims with a handgun, resulting in the Aggravated Assault charge. The fight stems from an ongoing dispute between the suspect and the victims. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Jason M. Hathoway, 21, Boise

   Charges: Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a collision on East Parkway Drive Saturday, February 11th at approximately 9:00 p.m. Officers determined the suspect had driven a vehicle off the street and struck a building. Officers located the suspect near the vehicle and determined the truck had been stolen earlier that evening. Officers have evidence that alcohol may be a factor in this incident. After a detailed investigation, the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Amber F. Martinez, 27, Meridian

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Grand Theft (F), Parole Violation charges (F)

   Warrant Charges:Failure to Appear (m)

    Boise Police located the suspect, who had an active warrant for her arrest, parked in a vehicle at a parking lot on the corner of 27th and Main early this morning, February 13th, at approximately 2:00 a.m.  As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9 named "Turk" alerted on the vehicle, indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a book of stolen checks and a small amount of meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Nikolas C. Eisiminger, 28, Boise

   Charges: Malicious Injury to Property (F)

    Boise Police responded to a citizen's report of a man marking a building on the 200 block of West Boise Avenue early Friday morning, February 10th, at approximately 3:00 a.m. Witnesses say the suspect, later identified as Nikolas Eisiminger, was seen placing graffiti on a business. Officers located the suspect in the immediate area and found a green marking substance on his hands and clothing that matched the markings on the wall. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Warrant Arrested: Bradley A. Creech, 24, Boise

  Warrant Charges:Malicious Injury to Property (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Malicious Injury to Property Friday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into damage done to vehicles in a parking lot on the 7500 block of West Florence in June of last year. On that date, evidence indicates the suspect was involved in using a vehicle to push several parked cars into a fence on the property causing damage to the vehicles and the fence. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

  Warrant Arrested: Joshua J. Mcinturf, 22, Boise

  Warrant Charges:Burglary (F)

  Warrant Arrested: Regina S. Johnston, 23, Boise

  Warrant Charges:Burglary (F)

    The suspects were taken into custody on outstanding felony warrants for Burglary Saturday.

   The arrest warrants stem from an ongoing investigation into a retail theft that took place on November 15th of this last year. On that date, evidence indicates the suspects were involved in concealing merchandise and then leaving a store on the 8300 block of West Overland without paying for the items. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrants.
