Warrant Arrested: Lance D. Brown, 53, Boise

Warrant Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for driving under the influence Sunday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an injury collision that took place on November 28th of last year. On that date, evidence indicates the suspect was operating a vehicle that was involved in a collision near 15th and Hays Streets. A blood draw was performed at the time of arrest. Officers later received evidence that the suspect had been over the legal limit to drive in the state of Idaho. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
