Warrant Arrested: Michael B. Hope, 27, Downers Grove IL.

  Warrant Charges: Aggravated Battery (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Battery early this morning.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an incident that took place at a Boise home on December 29th of last year. On that date, evidence indicates the suspect was involved in a physical fight with a family member over an ongoing issue. At one point, witnesses say the suspect struck the victim, an adult male, repeatedly in the face causing damage to the victims face and head. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
