Boise Police on patrol early this morning, January 27th, at approximately 12:30 a.m. observed a vehicle with one headlight out and the other headlight on bright traveling West on Nez Perce Street. Officers conducted a traffic stop near Nez Perce and Shoshone Streets. As officers contacted the driver they noted the distinct odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A check through Ada County Records indicated the passenger, Zedeck Alade, had a current warrant for his arrest out of Bonneville County on failure to appear charges. Officers recovered from the suspects' persons and vehicle, a total of 33 grams total package weight of marijuana, zip lock baggies and other items of drug paraphernalia. Officers have evidence that the suspects had been involved in the sale of the controlled substance. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
