12-22-11 Passed out driver charged with Felony DUI; Daily incident report

    Arrested: Tony J. Ross, 29, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m)

  A Boise Police officer on patrol observed a vehicle sitting in the road running with an unconscious driver on the 400 block of West Main early this morning, December 22nd, at approximately 3:00 a.m. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .17/.17 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada County Records indicated the suspect was currently suspended from driving and had 2 prior convictions for DUI making this DUI charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
