    Arrested: Adam S. Weber, 31, Eagle

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

  Boise Police responded to multiple reports of a possible drunk driver who had struck a light post and was driving erratically yesterday, December 20th, at approximately 11:30 a.m. near the 4800 block of North Maidstone Place. Using detailed information provided by multiple citizen calls, officers located the suspect as he attempted to back onto Eagle Road at Sedona Drive. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .36/.35 at the Ada County Jail. That is more than three times the legal limit in Idaho. A check through Ada County Records indicated the suspect had 2 prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Layton S. Darrah, 47, Boise

   Charges: Grand Theft (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a stolen wallet at a retail store on the 5200 block of West Franklin Monday evening, December 19th, at approximately 9:30 p.m. The victim tells police he had forgotten his wallet on the counter of the customer service desk. Officers have evidence that the suspect took the wallet shortly after and left the store. Officers located the suspect yesterday, December 20th at the same store and conducted a detailed follow up investigation. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.  The wallet contained cash and a financial transaction card resulting in the Grand Theft charge.
