Drug charges and forgery; Daily incident report

12-02-11 Drug charges and forgery; Daily incident report

  Arrested:Randy J. Koehler, 24, Boise

  Charges:Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the search of a residence on the 2700 block of North 32nd Street last night, December 1st, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Officers recovered approximately 1.5 oz. of meth, . 6 grams of marijuana, scales, a glass pipe and other items of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Saiyoth T. Chongphaisane, 31, Boise

  Charges:Forgery (F), Grand Theft (F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F)

  Arrested: Andrea May Darlene Weirskircher, 29, Boise

  Charges:Forgery (F), Grand Theft (F), Theft by Deception (F), Failure to Appear Warrant charges

    Boise Police Detectives arrested the two suspects yesterday as part of an ongoing investigation into the forgery of several payroll checks used to obtain cash at local stores. Detectives have evidence that indicates the suspects cashed one check at a local grocery store for more than $700.00 and attempted to cash other checks beginning on November 30th of this year. At the time officers contacted Saiyoth Chongphaisane officers discovered he had approximately 4 grams total package weight of meth on his person resulting in the possession charge. After a detailed investigation, the suspects were taken into custody and booked on the above listed charges.

  Warrant Arrested: Christine M. Case, 20, Boise 

  Warrant Charges: Grand Theft (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into jewelry stolen from the victim's home while the suspect was acting as a health care assistant. Evidence indicates the suspect stole approximately 15 items of jewelry from the victims home and sold it. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

  Arrested: Kathryn R. Kingsbury, 20, Boise

  Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)

   Boise Police contacted the suspect in a hotel room on the 2700 block of West Airport Way as part of an ongoing investigation yesterday, December 1st, at approximately 6:00 p.m. Officers observed a baggie of meth in plain sight and conducted a search of the room. Officers recovered approximately 2 grams of Meth and 1 gram of marijuana and other items of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Warrant Arrested: Joseph B. Wheatley, 21, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Burglary (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of a prescription narcotic from the victim's room in September of this year.  Evidence indicates the suspect, who is known to the victim, entered the victim's room and stole the controlled substance. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

  Warrant Arrested: Timothy J. Farnham, 29, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Obtain a Controlled Substance by Fraud (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Obtaining a Controlled Substance by Fraud yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an attempt to obtain a prescription at a local pharmacy by presenting a false prescription on June 26th of this year. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

    Arrested: Jason Demian Angus Weske, 41, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

  Boise Police observed a vehicle make a wide turn from Longmont onto Beacon Street early this morning, December 2nd, at approximately 2:00 a.m.  Officers stopped the driver at Parkcenter and Rossi Street. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .17/.17 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada County Records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
