Warrant Arrested: Teri A. Leuck, 55, New Meadows

Warrant Charges: Delivery of a Controlled Substance (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Delivery of a Controlled Substance yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into hydrocodone pills sent through the mail to a residence in Boise. Evidence indicates the suspect was mailing the pills on a regular basis over a period of several months for use by another party without a prescription.  That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
