 Arrested: Joseph W. Spinuzzi, 28, Boise

  Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance with Intent to Deliver (Psilocybin Mushrooms)(F), Possession of a Controlled substance with Intent to Deliver (Marijuana)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Citation Issued: Jerry J. Bosco, 24, Boise

Citation Charges:Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Citation Issued: Lindsay C. Johnson, 29, Eagle

Citation Charges:Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used/Sold (m)

  Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers, working with information provided by citizen tips, obtain consent to search a residence on the 300 block of South Pond Street yesterday, October 4th, at approximately 10:30 a.m. During the initial search of the home, officers recovered approximately 125 grams of psilocybin mushrooms and approximately 75 grams of marijuana. Officers used that evidence to obtain a search warrant to search other portions of the residence where officers recovered an additional 30 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, 25 more grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Officers have other undisclosed evidence that the suspect had offered the illegal substances for sale. Joseph W. Spinnuzi was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges. Two additional suspects were issued the above listed misdemeanor citations.

 Arrested: Gregg A. Purnell, 49, Boise

 Charges:Violation of a No Contact Order (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody following a detailed investigation yesterday. Evidence indicates the suspect violated the provisions of a court issued valid and active no contact order on October 3rd, with full knowledge that doing so was a violation. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and booked at the Ada County jail on the above listed charges.
