Boise man charged with Burglary; Daily incident report

10-25-11 Boise man charged with Burglary; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Matthew C.P. Jackson, 21, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a citizen report of a burglary in progress at a produce stand on the 8100 block of W. Ustick Rd. early this morning, October 25th, at approximately 4:00 a.m. The owner of the tented business tells police he found the suspect inside his business and backed out to call police. Officers located the suspect still inside with a bag of produce. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 14 BURGLARY18-1401. Burglary defined. Every person who enters any house, room, apartment, tenement, shop, warehouse, store, mill, barn, stable, outhouse, or other building, tent, vessel, vehicle, trailer, airplane or railroad car, with intent to commit any theft or any felony, is guilty of burglary.
