09-21-11 Use of a Stolen Credit Card leads to Felony charges; Daily incident report

   Arrested: Kenneth J. Moore, 25, Boise

   Charges: Fraudulent Use of a Financial Transaction Card (F)   

   Arrested: Jaymie R. Croswhite, 27, Garden City

   Charges: Fraudulent Use of a Financial Transaction Card (F)

    Boise Police arrested Kenneth Moore and Jaymie Croswhite after a detailed investigation yesterday evening, September 20th, at approximately 6:30 p.m. The arrest comes after a detailed investigation into credit cards stolen from a residence on August 25th of this year. Evidence indicates the suspects used the stolen credit cards to make multiple fraudulent purchases at local merchants. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.Garden City Police is the lead agency on the additional charge of Armed Robbery

  Arrested: Nicole R. Muchow, 28, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m) Agents Warrant/Parole Violation (F)

    Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the search of a residence on the 6600 block of West Clinton Lane yesterday evening, September 20th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. Officers located a pipe with meth residue inside and a plastic baggie with approximately .9 grams total package weight of meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Ronald L. Hampton, 50, Boise

   Charges:Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a Burglary on the 2500 block of West Fairview Avenue last night, September 20th, at approximately 7:20 p.m. Employees tell police the suspect was seen concealing a 24 ounce beer in his pocket and then leaving the store without paying for it. Officers located the suspect in the parking lot of the store drinking the beer. Officers have evidence that indicates the suspect has done this on at least 2 other occasions at the same store. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
