Warrant Arrested: Ericka S. King, 39, Boise

Warrant Charges:Obtaining a Controlled Substance by Fraud (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Obtaining a Controlled Substance by Fraud yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into prescription pain medications obtained from a local pharmacy using fraudulent paperwork starting in April of this year. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
