  Warrant Arrested: Danielle P. Ramirez, 28, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Grand Theft (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into stolen checks used to obtain cash in April of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in cashing the stolen checks to obtain funds from businesses in Boise. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

Arrested: Tawnya D. Mason, 31, Boise

  Charges:Burglary (F)

  Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 8100 block of West Fairview yesterday, July 13th, at approximately 5:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  The Boise Police Department has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal is to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can impact consumer prices.

 Arrested: Jyll Bentley, 44, No Known Address

  Charges:Burglary (F)

  Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 100 block of East Myrtle yesterday, July 13th, at approximately 5:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal several items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers located the suspect a short time later and recovered the items. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
