    Arrested: Mark T. Johnson, 50, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m)

  Boise Police observed a vehicle perform an illegal lane change last night, June 1st, at approximately 7:30 p.m. Officers stopped the driver at State and 15th. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had 2 prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. Records also indicated the suspect was currently suspended due to a previous DUI conviction resulting in the driving without privileges charge. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
