Lewd Conduct and Aggravated Battery warrant arrests; daily incident report

05-20-11 Lewd Conduct and Aggravated Battery warrant arrests; daily incident report

   Warrant Arrested: Shaun T. Henderson, 27, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Lewd Conduct with a Minor (F), Failure to Appear charges

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Lewd Conduct with a Minor yesterday.

   The warrant comes as a result of a detailed investigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct that reportedly took place in March of this year. The victim tells detectives the conduct took place in a Boise home. The suspect is known to the victim. Detectives have no evidence that indicates other victims are involved at this time. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.

Warrant Arrested: Boone F. Donnelly, 40, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Aggravated Battery (F), Parole Violation Charges

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Battery yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a fight that took place in May of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in a fight that resulted in wounds to the victim's head and eye. The victim is well known to the suspect and the incident took place near East Barber and Warm Springs. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

Arrested: Kevin L. Miltimore, 52, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Possession of Marijuana (m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Parole Violation charges

    Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the search of a residence on the 2700 block of South Vista last night, May 19th, at approximately 7:00 p.m. Officers recovered approximately 2.9 grams total package weight of Meth, 1.0 grams total package weight of marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

 Warrant Arrested: Philip E. Perez, 26, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Fraudulent Use of a Financial Transaction Card (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Fraudulent Use of a Financial Transaction Card yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a stolen credit card. Evidence indicates the suspect used the stolen credit card to make more than $700.00 dollars in purchases and cash June of last year. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
