 Warrant Arrested: Tiffany A. Howe, 20, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Grand Theft (F)

 Warrant Arrested: Benjamin T. Futrell

  Warrant Charges: Grand Theft (F)

    The suspects were taken into custody on outstanding felony warrants for Grand Theft yesterday.

   The arrest warrants stem from an ongoing investigation into multiple checks used to obtain goods and funds at local businesses starting in February of this year. Evidence indicates the suspects obtained more than $20,000 dollars in merchandise and funds when the funds did not exist to cover the checks. After a detailed investigation that information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrants.

Warrant Arrested: Stephanie A.Hinton, 26, Boise

  Warrant Charges:Grand Theft (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of funds from the victim in December of last year. Evidence   indicates the suspect was involved in withdrawing more than a thousand dollars from the victims account. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

    Arrested: Cavan L. Gates, 27, Meridian

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

  Boise Police responded to a citizen report of a drunk driver near Myrtle and 13thMonday, May 9th, at approximately 9:00 p.m. The concerned citizen provided a description of the vehicle that officers located in a nearby parking lot. The driver, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .18/.18 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had 2 prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
