Warrant Charges: Receiving Stolen Property (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Receiving Stolen Property yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a handgun stolen from a residence in Boise on December 22nd of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the sale of the stolen firearm that officers later recovered. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into funds owed to a second party as part of a court decree. Evidence indicates the suspect failed to provide compensation to the victim when requested in January of this year. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
