  Arrested: Daniel C. Egbert, 24, Meridian

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Ecstacy)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m)

   Boise Police observed a vehicle with a headlight out at Vista and Cassia yesterday morning, April 14th, at approximately 3:30 a.m. and conducted a traffic stop. A check through Ada County Records indicated the driver, Daniel Egbert was currently suspended. As officers contacted the driver, a Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed several ecstacy pills, a glass vile with cocaine residue, a plastic baggie with meth residue, two containers with a small amount of marijuana inside and several items of drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents on the search of a residence on the 9600 block of Telfair yesterday, April 14th, at approximately 3:30 p.m. A search of the residence revealed approximately .06 grams of Meth, scales, baggies, syringes and other items of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
