  Arrested: Lance Turnbull, 28, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police on patrol observed a vehicle conduct an illegal lane change early this morning, April 21st, just after midnight. Officers conducted a traffic stop near Curtis and 184. As officers contacted the occupants they determined both the driver, and the passenger, later identified as Lance Turnbull, were on parole for drug possession charges. As Turnbull exited the vehicle he dropped a bag on the ground, causing syringes and a glass pipe to come out of the bag. Officers found another pipe and other paraphernalia on the suspects person. A search of the vehicle revealed a baggie containing a small amount of meth that officers determined belonged to Turnbull. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
