Arrested: Jyll Bentley, 44, Boise

  Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver (Meth)(F),Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

 Arrested: Andrew L. Bentley, 22, Boise

  Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

  Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers, working with information provided by citizen tips, served a search warrant yesterday, April 28th, at approximately 11:00 a.m. at a residence on the 6300 block of West Poplar Street. Officers recovered approximately 1 gram of meth, located on Jyll Bentley's person. Officers also recovered scales, packaging materials, paraphernalia and  1.5 grams of marijuana and a small amount of meth from the home. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Ndashoborwa Mezake, 35, Boise

    Charges:Eluding or Fleeing Police (F)

  Boise Police observed a vehicle almost strike the curb, then conduct an illegal turn last night, April 28th, at approximately 11:30 p.m. Officers attempted to stop the driver as the vehicle entered a parking lot on the 1100 block of South Capitol. The vehicle pulled into a parking stall as officers activated emergency lights and pulled in behind the car. The suspect vehicle then gunned the engine, driving up onto a sidewalk, over a wooden retaining wall and through some shrubbery before becoming stuck on a large decorative rock. The suspect attempted to free the car by changing gears and gunning the engine. Officers approached the vehicle and gave several commands to the suspect as he continued to attempt to free the car. After failing to free the vehicle the suspect eventually surrendered to police.  The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Benjamin J. Main, 19, Boise

   Charges: Criminal Possession of a Financial Transaction Card (F)

    Boise Police took the suspect into custody yesterday, April 28th, after a detailed investigation into the use of a stolen credit card that was taken earlier this month from a residence in Downtown Boise. Officers have evidence that indicates the suspect used the card to make small purchases at local retail stores, resulting in the felony charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
