  Arrested: Amanda L. Fisher, 27, Boise

   Charges:Possession with Intent to Deliver (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Jail (F), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Failure to Appear warrant charges

    Boise Police on patrol Sunday evening, March 13th, at approximately 11:30 p.m. observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane with a broken tail light as it travelled eastbound on Myrtle. Officers conducted a traffic stop near Park Center and Rossi streets. A check through Ada County dispatch indicated there was a current warrant for failure to appear out of Valley County for the suspects arrest. Records indicated the suspect was also suspended from driving resulting in the DWP charge. A search of the suspects person revealed approximately 6 grams of Meth and a pipe, some of the substance was recovered at the Ada County Jail resulting in the Possession of a Controlled Substance in a Jail charge. During the course of the investigation officers obtained evidence that indicates the suspect had intended to sell the meth to another party. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Alexander A. Welch, 21, Boise

   Charges: Unlawful Exercise of the Function of Police (F),

    Boise Police responded to a report of a reckless driver near Five Mile and Fairview Saturday, March 12th, at approximately 9:30 p.m. Officers located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. Victims tell police the suspect pulled in behind them and used some sort of blue and red flashing light to convince them to pull over on the 4000 block of Fairview. When the victims pulled over, the suspect vehicle pulled in behind them briefly, before turning around and driving away according to witnesses. Victims say they followed the suspect vehicle and called police who located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop at Fairview and Five Mile. During the course of the investigation officers recovered a black Verizon cell phone with an application that simulated red and blue flashing lights. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Any person who shall in this state unlawfully exercise or attempt to exercise the functions of, or hold himself out to any one as, a deputy sheriff, marshal, policeman, constable or peace officer, or any person, whether acting in his own behalf or as an officer of the law, or as the authorized or unauthorized agent or representative of another, or of any association, corporation or company, who shall bring or cause to be brought, or aid in bringing into this state any armed or unarmed police force or detective agency or force, or any armed or unarmed body of men for the suppression of domestic violence, shall be guilty of a felony.

    Arrested: Corey L. Bramble, 27, Nampa

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

  Boise Police responded to a one vehicle collision at Veterans Memorial Parkway and State Friday, March 11th, at approximately 11:40 p.m. Witnesses tell police the suspect driver had crashed through a fence at VMP south of State street. The suspect driver, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. A passenger, an adult male, in the suspects vehicle was transported to a local hospital for what appeared to be non life threatening injuries at the time. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Jordan G. Neilson, 29, Boise

   Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications) (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), 2 Warrants for Failure to Appear

    Boise Police responded to a problem subject at a home on the 6300 block of west Poplar early this morning, March 14th, just after midnight. Officers determined the suspect had 2 current warrants for failure to appear. Officers located the suspect and a search of his person revealed a small amount of prescription medications and drug paraphernalia in his possession. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Joyce A. Rich, 58, Boise

   Charges: Obtaining a Prescription by Fraud (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a fraud in progress at a local pharmacy yesterday, March 13th, at approximately 12:30 p.m. Employees tell police the suspect had called in a fraudulent prescription for a pain killer and the suspect was at the store attempting to obtain the medications. After a detailed investigation the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
