Warrant Arrested: James A. Rodriguez, 38, Boise

  Warrant Charges:3 counts of Lewd Conduct with a Minor (F), 3 counts of Possession of Child Pornography (F), 3 counts of Video Voyeurism (F)

    The suspect was arrested by Boise Police Detectives on the outstanding felony warrants Friday afternoon.

   Boise Police arrested the suspect Friday, March 25th, after a detailed investigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct that reportedly took place on more than one occasion over a two year period ending in March of 2010. The incidents were reported to Boise Police by a third party in March of this year. The victims, three juvenile females under the age of 13, tell detectives the conduct took place in a North end Boise residence. The suspect is well known to the victims. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrants. The investigation into this case continues. No further information is available at this time. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.

Warrant Arrested: Timothy F. Hellickson, 24, Boise

 Warrant Charges:Lewd Conduct with a Minor (F)

   The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Lewd Conduct with a Minor Saturday.

   The warrant comes after a detailed investigation into allegations of inappropriate conduct that reportedly took place on February 10th of this year. The incident was reported to Boise Police two days after the alleged conduct. The victim, a juvenile female under the age of 6, tells detectives the conduct took place in a west Boise residence. The suspect is known to the victim. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant. The investigation into this case continues. No further information is available at this time. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.

  Arrested: Brian E. Polk, 32, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Warrant Charges for Probation Violation

    Boise Police obtained information that a wanted subject could be located at a residence on the 9500 block of west Preece Sunday, March 27th, at approximately 11:30 a.m. Officers located the suspect as he exited the residence carrying two backpacks and entered a vehicle. A search of the suspect and the vehicle revealed a glass pipe with Meth residue, 11.2 grams total package weight of marijuana, other items of paraphernalia and 1.4 grams total package weight of Meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Benjamin R. Ung, 21, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(m), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana)(m)

  Boise Police observed a vehicle parked on the grass berm of a bank on the corner of Five Mile and West Ustick early Sunday morning, March 27th, at approximately 1:30 a.m. Officers found the vehicle was still in gear and the engine was running with no driver. Officers located the driver standing in the bushes looking into the bank windows. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. Officers located a baggie with approximately 5.5 grams total package weight of marijuana and prescription medications in the suspects pockets. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Chaz E. Barnard, 29, Caldwell

   Charges:Fleeing and Evading Police (F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police on patrol Saturday, March 26th, at approximately 11:30 p.m. observed a vehicle fail to signal a turn at two intersections near Franklin and 13th as the vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed. Officers activated emergency lights in an attempt to conduct a traffic stop. The suspect vehicle then turned the wrong way, northbound onto 9th street, travelling in the wrong direction on a one way street and accelerated to approximately 40 miles per hour. The suspect vehicle eventually pulled over on Hays street near 9th. As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed 13 grams total package weight of marijuana and other items of paraphernalia. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
