  Arrested: Robert E. Figueroa, 21, Ontario OR.

   Charges: Aggravated Battery (F)

  Arrested: Jaime E. Mendez, 19, Ontario OR.

   Charges: Battery (m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a fight with a knife at a smoking establishment on the 2100 block of Broadway early Sunday morning, February 6th, at approximately 2:00 a.m. When officers arrived they located one victim with a knife wound to his hand and another who had been punched. Witnesses tell police the two suspects had become involved in a fight, striking a female victim and cutting the hand of another man. The reason for the fight is unclear at this time. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Gerald L. Snodgrass, 40, Kuna

   Charges: Battery on an Officer (F), Resisting and Obstructing (m)

    Boise Police responded to a citizens report of an intoxicated man in traffic under the Federal Way underpass on Broadway Sunday night, February 6th, at approximately 11:00 pm. The calling party tells police the suspect was sitting in the lane of traffic and had almost been struck by a car in the dark. Officers located the suspect standing in the road. The suspect refused to obey multiple officers commands and appeared to be very intoxicated at the time. The suspect became combative and at one point, kicked an officer while attempting to head-but him. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Adam T. Martinez, 24, Nyssa OR.

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

  Boise Police observed a vehicle early Saturday morning, February 5th, drive the wrong way on a one way street at Grove travelling northbound on 6th at approximately 1:00 a.m. The vehicle then went south on 5th, the wrong direction on another one way street. Officers stopped the driver near Grove and 5th. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .21/.21 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

 Warrant Arrested: Joe A. Norris, 25, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Aggravated Assault (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Assault Friday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an aggravated assault that took place in March of 2010. Evidence indicates the suspect used a knife to threaten a female victim during an argument. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Arrested: Kenneth E. Green, 57, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F)

   Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 8300 block of West Overland Friday, February 4th, at approximately 6:00 p.m. Store employees tell police they witnessed the suspect take items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   The Boise Police Department has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal of the BPD Organized Retail Crime Unit is to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can impact consumer prices.
