The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Lewd Conduct in Clackamas County, Oregon, on Friday January 14th. The suspect was extradited and booked into the Ada County jail yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into allegations of inappropriate touching that reportedly took place in October of 2010 at a downtown Boise home. The incidents were reported to Boise Police on December 30th of last year. The victim is a female under the age of 10. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.  Warrant Arrested: Michael C. Detwiler, 37, Boise

  Warrant Charges:Aggravated Assault (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Assault yesterday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an incident that took place on December 9th of last year. On that date multiple witnesses tell police the suspect had been drinking in a bar on the 1300 block of South Broadway. At one point, he became aggressive and was asked to leave the establishment. Witnesses tell police the suspect got into a truck and proceeded to drive over the curb and onto a patio directly at three people before striking an awning. The bumper of the vehicle did make contact with at least one of the victims, but did not result in an injury. The suspect then fled the scene. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
