Boise Police arrested Richard Laine
yesterday, December 28th, after a detailed investigation into the
theft of property from a Boise bench home that took place on
December 21st. On that date, victims tell police that personal
items and a vehicle had been stolen from the property. The vehicle
was recovered yesterday. Boise Police Detectives have evidence that
Richard Laine had been involved in the crime and arrested him after
a detailed investigation. The suspect was transported to the Ada
County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance

Boise Police responded to a request for
assistance from Boise airport screeners yesterday, December 28th,
at approximately 7:30 p.m. Witnesses tell police the suspect
attempted to pass through the security checkpoint with a plastic
baggie containing approximately 1 gram of meth. The suspect was
booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
