11-04-10 Suspended drivers license leads to Felony drug charges; Overnight Incident Report

  Arrested: Wendy N. Kasinger, 25, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m)

    Boise Police on patrol late last night (November 3rd) just before midnight, observed a vehicle who's owner was known to be a suspended driver. Officers conducted a traffic stop at State and Clithero Streets. Officers recovered a Syringe and a plastic baggie with a small amount of Meth from the vehicle. Officers also located a baggie with a small amount of Meth in the woman's pocket. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
