Arrested: Francisco Ayala, 18, Grand View, ID

Charge: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police were called to a retail store on the 8300 blk of W. Overland Wednesday evening reference a report of a theft in progress.  While enroute, the responded officer called the store and found employees had two males in custody and the third had already left the store.  When the officer arrived on scene, he was found evidence the three suspects had concealed items from the  electronics and the men's clothing departments and tried to leave the store without paying. The officer was also able to obtain a phone number for the third suspect, call him, and get him to agree to come back to meet the officer. All three were then  arrested for burglary. In addition to Ayala, the other two suspects were juveniles and taken to a juvenile detention facility.

Arrested: Diane M. Cain, 44, transient

Charge: Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a call from employees of a retail store near & 15th St Wednesday morning reporting a shoplifter. When officers arrived they found the suspect, Cain, along with evidence she had attempted to conceal items including alcohol, clothing and hygiene items, and leave the store without paying. The suspect was placed under arrest for the above charge and booked into the Ada County Jail.
