 Warrant Arrested: Jason M. Brinkerhoff, 28, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Injury to a Child (F)

 Warrant Arrested: Faith C. Zerbel, 30, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Injury to a Child (F)

    The suspects were taken into custody on outstanding felony warrants for Injury to a Child on October 26th in Canyon County. The suspects were transferred to Ada County this past Saturday.

   The arrest warrants stem from an ongoing investigation into the conditions of a residence on the 4100 block of North Maple Grove. On September 11th of this year, officers responded to a disturbance call at the home. Officers found 2 small children under five living in deplorable conditions. Officers describe a home with animal feces, rotting meat and trash blocking hallways. The children were turned over to the custody of the State Department of Health and Welfare. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrants.

TITLE 18 CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS CHAPTER 15 CHILDREN AND VULNERABLE ADULTS18-1501.Injury to children. (1) Any person who, under circumstances or conditions likely to produce great bodily harm or death, willfully causes or permits any child to suffer, or inflicts thereon unjustifiable physical pain or mental suffering, or having the care or custody of any child, willfully causes or permits the person or health of such child to be injured, or willfully causes or permits such child to be placed in such situation that its person or health is endangered, is punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding one (1) year, or in the state prison for not less than one (1) year nor more than ten (10) years.

  Arrested: Jolene Maloney, 35, Boise

   Charges: 2 Counts of Injury to a Child (F)

    Boise Police responded to a disturbance outside a bar in East Boise late Friday night (October 29th) at approximately 10:00 p.m. During the course of that investigation officers received information that the suspect had left her children, both under the age of 7, alone while she went to the bar. The suspect appeared to be intoxicated at the time. Officers responded to the residence on the 800 block of Rollins Street and found the house unlocked with the children alone. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Dennis R. Duvall, 32, Boise

   Charges: Obscene Live Conduct (m)

    Boise Police responded to a disturbance at a retail store on the 7200 block of West Fairview Sunday afternoon (October 31st) at approximately 4:00 p.m. Witnesses tell police the suspect was seen watching two juvenile females while his hand was down his pants masturbating in public view. Witnesses say the suspect did not expose himself, but his actions where obvious to those around him. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: William A. Bauscher, 30, Kuna

   Charges: Aggravated Battery (F), Resisting and Obstructing (m)

    Boise Police responded to a fight in a parking lot on the 400 block of South Capitol Blvd early Sunday morning (October 31st) at approximately 3:00 a.m. Witnesses tell police three men had gotten into a fight. At one point, the suspect kneed and kicked the victim in the head numerous times. The victim sustained what appeared at the time to be non life threatening injuries to his head and face. When officers arrived on scene the suspect fled on foot. Officers eventually took the suspect into custody at 6th and Broad street. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Brandon M. Jensen, 21, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F), Providing False Information (m)

    Boise Police responded to a theft at a convenience store on the 1600 block of South Broadway early this morning (November 1st) at approximately 3:00 a.m. Multiple witnesses say the suspect, later identified as Brandon Jensen, entered the store and selected a 18 pack of beer before running out the door without paying for it. The suspect fled in a vehicle but was located a few minutes later at a parking lot near Capital and University. The suspect provided false identifying information to officers. Officers recovered the stolen beer from the vehicle. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Joshua C. Whitney, 24, Boise

    Charges:Burglary (F)

  Boise Police responded to the area of Edna and Armstrong on a suspicious person Friday (October 29th) at approximately 8:30 p.m. Witnesses who live in the neighborhood tell police they saw the suspect entering more than one vehicle and rummaging through them. Officers who responded saw the suspect fleeing on foot travelling East on Edna Street. The suspect was taken into custody as he was trying to hide between cars. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Jesus L. Tamayo, 29, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

  Boise Police observed a vehicle fail to maintain its lane Saturday night (October 30th) at approximately 2:00 a.m. Officers stopped the driver at Broadway and Belmont. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .18/.19 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Ralph A. Rasmussen, 54, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

  Boise Police observed a vehicle speeding late Friday night (October 29th) at approximately 10:30 p.m. Officers stopped the driver at Boise and Linden. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .12/.11 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

 Warrant Arrested: Treavor J. Bass, 20, Meridian

  Warrant Charges: Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card Friday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the use of a card with insufficient funds in September of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect used the card to make more than $4,000 in transactions at local merchants. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
