  Arrested: Joseph L. Winkler, 26, Boise

   Charges: Aggravated Battery (F), Malicious Injury to Property (m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a fight with a knife late last night (October 13th) at approximately 11:00 p.m. at a home on the 3400 block of North 34th street. Victims tell police the suspect, who is a neighbor, aggressed one of the occupants of the home. At one point, they tell police the suspect produced a knife and made verbal threats resulting in the Aggravated Battery charge. Witnesses state the suspect also kicked and damaged a door resulting in the Malicious Injury to Property charge. The suspect was located at the scene and the reason for the altercation is not clear. No one was seriously injured in the incident. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
