    Arrested: Les A. Frizzell, 47, Nampa

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Leaving the Scene of an Accident (m)

  Boise Police responded to a report of a hit and run on the 8000 block of West Camas just after midnight this morning (October 29th) at approximately 12:30 a.m. Witnesses, who provided detailed vehicle information, tell police the vehicle struck a parked car and then drove away. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on the 8000 block of McMillen. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. A blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Amber M. Hoy, 23, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Invalid Drivers License (m), Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance

  Boise Police observed a vehicle with expired registration speeding early this morning (October 29th) at approximately 1:30 a.m. Officers stopped the driver at 1st and Main street. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect also failed to provide proof of insurance to officers. A blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
