 Warrant Arrested: Charles T. Baldwin, 37, Boise

 Warrant Charges:Lewd Conduct with a Minor (F)

   Charles Baldwin was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Lewd Conduct with a Minor Friday (October 22nd).

    Earlier this month Boise Police received a report that the suspect had engaged in illegal sexual acts with a female minor on more than one occasion. The suspect is well known to the victim. Officers have no reason at this time to believe other victims are involved. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office and resulted in the felony arrest warrant. No further information is available. Further inquires into this case should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.

  Arrested: Alexandra C. Lange, 22, Eagle

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Failure to Appear Warrant

Boise Police on patrol witnessed an adult female sitting on the south side of State Street with her legs stretched into the lane of traffic Friday (October 23rd) at approximately 11:30 p.m. Officers watched as vehicles were forced to change lanes to avoid striking the woman. Officers contacted the suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, and determined she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest though Ada County Dispatch. A search of the suspect revealed a small amount of Meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Nicholas A. Ryan, 20, Meridian

   Charges:Burglary (F), Malicious Injury to Property (m), Resisting and Obstructing (m)

Boise Police responded to a fight on the 1100 block of North Liberty Saturday (October 23rd) at approximately 11:30 p.m. As officers arrived on scene several witnesses pointed to the suspect, who was walking away. Officers attempted to detain the suspect who then became combative and had to be restrained. Witnesses tell police the suspect had entered an apartment that did not belong to him and damaged personal property. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Joseph R. Schmid, 24, Renton WA

 Malicious Injury to Property (F)

Boise Police on  patrol witnessed an adult male on the 500 block of West Main Saturday night (October 23rd) at approximately 11:30 p.m. kick a vehicle causing damage to the fender. The suspect then shoved over a bike leaning against a light pole a short distance away. Upon further examination the fender had a dent approximately 12 inches in diameter making the damage in excess of $1,000.00. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

 Arrested: Jason R. Kaufman, 29, Boise

  Charges:Burglary (F)

   Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 2500 block of West Fairview Friday (October 22nd) at approximately 7:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

Arrested: Marilynne J. Delrio, 50, Boise

 Charges:Burglary (F), Trespassing (m)

  Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 8300 block of West Overland Friday (October 22nd) at approximately 11:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect, who had been trespassed from the store on previous occasions, conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
