  Arrested: Charles D. Chamberlan, 21, Meridian

   Charges: Obstructing or Resisting Officers (F), Battery on an Officer (F)  

Arrested: Ortny Senthavisouk, 24, Boise

   Charges: Battery on an Officer (F)

    Boise Police responded to a call for medical assistance in front of a bar on the 500 block of West Main early Sunday morning (October 3rd) at approximately 1:00 a.m. A large crowd had gathered around the victim, who was on the ground, as emergency medical personnel responded to the scene. Officers attempted to move the crowd away from the victim, who was in danger of being stepped on. One adult male, later identified as Ortny Senthavisouk refused to move back. A second male, later identified as Charles Chamberlan shoved an officer. Senthavisouk then attempted to tackle the officer from behind. Several witnesses stepped in and restrained Senthavisouk while officers placed him into custody. Chamberlan actively resisted arrest as he was taken into custody after attempting to punch an officer. Officers believe alcohol was factor in this incident. The suspects where transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Debra M. Munoz, 40, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police assisted Health and Welfare agents on a welfare check of a home on the 3000 block of North Lake Harbor Friday (October 1st) at approximately 12:00 noon. Agents discovered in plain sight a small amount of Meth along with items of drug paraphernalia. Officers recovered approximately .7 grams total package weight of Meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
