  Arrested: Christopher A. Foster, 19, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F),Grand Theft (F), Probation Violation charges

    Boise Police responded to a Burglary report from a residence on the 1200 block of West Fort street on August 21st. On that date, a mountain bike had been stolen from the residence with an estimated value in excess of $1,000.00. Boise Police later identified the suspect as being involved in the theft of the bike and determined he also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest on probation violation charges. Yesterday (September 9th) Boise Police located the suspect at a residence on the 1600 block of Highland and took him into custody. The stolen bike was recovered. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Gerald A. Armstrong, 53, Emmett

   Charges: Stalking (F), Probation Violation charges

    Boise Police responded to a report of a violation of a no contact order Wednesday evening (September 8th) at a business on the 100 block of North 16th. Witnesses tell police the suspect had showed up at the business and attempted to contact the victim, who currently has a no contact order against the suspect. Officers determined the suspect also had a current warrant for his arrest on probation violation charges. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived. The suspect was arrested later that day in Gem County. The suspect was transferred yesterday to the Ada County Jail.
