 Warrant Arrested: Carlos F. Martinez, 42, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Sexual Battery of a Minor (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Sexual Battery of a Minor yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into inappropriate touching that allegedly took place in a west Boise home on more than one occasion during the summer of 2009. The crime was reported to police in May of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect touched the juvenile female who was under 17 at the time. The suspect and victim are well known to each other. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

 Warrant Arrested: Angel A. Aguirre, 19, Boise

  Warrant Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a incident that took place on the 8000 block of Holbrook on June 15th of this year. On that date, officers observed what appeared to be a hand to hand drug sale. Officers recovered a baggie from the suspect's person that contained prescription pills. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

 Warrant Arrested: Katelyn E. Schreiner, 21, Boise

  Warrant Charges:Forgery (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Forgery yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into forged checks used to make purchases at local retail stores. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the forging and passing those checks. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
