Warrant Arrested: Joshua L. Hagen, 19, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Rape (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Rape yesterday (Sunday September 12th)

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an incident that reportedly took place earlier this year at home on the Boise bench. The victim, an adult female, tells police she was sleeping in the bedroom of a friends home when she awoke to the assault in progress. Police investigated the incident and identified the suspect. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
