  Arrested: Charmaine M. Barger, 34, Meridian

  Charges:Trafficking in a Controlled Substance (Meth) (F)

  Arrested: Brent L. Grigg, 48, Garden City

  Charges:Aiding and Abetting a Controlled Substance Delivery (F)

    Boise Police Narcotics Detectives arrested the suspects at a home on the 2100 block of Dixie Avenue in Meridian yesterday (September 8th) after a search warrant was served at approximately 10:00 p.m. The search warrant is part of an ongoing investigation into the trafficking of Meth over the last two months that evidence indicates had been sold at the residence. A search of the home revealed more than 14 grams of Meth. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    The BANDIT Task Force investigates gambling, prostitution and illegal drug use. The Task Force includes Detectives from the Boise Police Department, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms agency and the Idaho National Guard, working as part of a multi-jurisdictional task force called B.A.N.D.I.T. (Boise Area Narcotics and Drug Interdiction Task Force), commissioned to protect the community from illegal drug activity.

  Arrested: Randolph A. Morse, 39, Wenatchee WA.

   Charges:Manufacture of a Controlled substance (LSD)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Cocaine)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police responded to a citizen report of a suspect attempting to sell drugs in the parking lot of a bar on the 1700 block of South Broadway last night (September 8th) at approximately 9:00 p.m. Officers located the suspect in a vehicle leaving the parking lot and made contact with him as he stopped in a parking lot at Broadway and Linden. A Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a glass vile containing liquid that tested positive for LSD, residue on a spoon that tested positive for Cocaine, a small amount of Marijuana, digital scales, a marijuana pipe and other drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Michael J. Kitzmiller, 18, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Cocaine)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police on patrol early this morning (September 9th) at approximately 2:30 a.m. observed a vehicle fail to come to a stop before entering the roadway as it entered Apple street from a parking lot and conducted a traffic stop near Apple and Boise streets. As officers contacted the driver, they noted the strong odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle revealed a small amount of Cocaine, a small amount of Marijuana, a glass pipe with Marijuana residue and other drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

 Warrant Arrested: Anthony T. Deshields, 44, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Aggravated Assault (F), Failure to Appear (m)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Assault yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an incident that took place on May 25th of last year. On that date, evidence indicates the suspect battered the victim in Ann Morrison park after a brief verbal confrontation. During the incident, the victim told police the suspect swung at him with a knife. The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived. After a detailed investigation, the suspect was identified by officers. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
