   Arrested: Dylan J. McGregor, 18, Boise

   Charges: Grand Theft (F), Leaving the Scene of an Accident (m), Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a vehicle knocking over mailboxes and ramming fences at Ivywild Park near Leadville and Linden early this morning (August 20th) at approximately 1:30 a.m. Officers who responded to the call located the suspect van crashed into a fence on the 500 block of Elwood lane with no driver. Officers later determined the van had been stolen from a residence on the 1900 block of south Grant. After a detailed investigation Boise Police located the suspect driver at a home on the 400 block of Elwood. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .13/.12 at the Ada County Jail. Officers later determined the vehicle had struck mailboxes at 4 homes during the episode. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Andrew J. Pribek, 25, Boise

   Charges: Battery (m)

   Arrested: Adam J. Pribek, 25, Boise

   Charges: Battery (m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a fight at a bar on the 600 block of Vista early this morning (August 20th) just after midnight. Witnesses tell police a fight broke out between two groups of people for reasons that are unclear. As bouncers attempted to stop the fight they tell police they were repeatedly punched by Andrew Pribek and Adam Pribek. At one point, one of the victims was struck several times with a chair by Stacie Giles. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Randall D. Crisp, 50, Garden City

    Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (amphetamines)(F), Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(m)

  Boise Police observed a motorcycle weaving from lane to lane without signaling yesterday (August 19th) at 27th and Main at approximately 8:00 p.m. The suspect, who appeared to be under the influence at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. A search of the suspect's person revealed a baggie containing a small amount of amphetamines. A blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Antonio A. Garcia, 54, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Driving Without Privileges (DWP)(m)

  Boise Police observed a vehicle run a red light traveling East on Fairview at Maple Grove early this morning (August 20th) at approximately 2:30 a.m. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and a blood draw was performed at the Ada County Jail for later evidentiary testing. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had a suspended drivers license and had 2 prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
