 Arrested: Kenneth R. Sala, 49, Boise

  Charges:2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled substance (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

 Arrested: Jared S. Enger, 23, Boise

  Charges:2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled substance (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police Neighborhood Contact Officers, working with information provided by citizen tips, served a search warrant yesterday (August 5th) at  approximately 2:00 p.m. at a residence on the 500 block of South Orchard Street. Officers recovered 4.5 grams total package weight of Meth, 19.8 grams total package weight of Cocaine, 120 grams total package weight of marijuana, digital scales, packaging materials and numerous prescription medications with no documentation. The two suspects, both residents of the home, were arrested on a traffic stop at Kootenai just east of Orchard. The suspects were booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Ashley M. Giangrossi, 23, Pocatello

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a fight at a convenience store yesterday (August 5th) on the 1100 block of North Curtis at approximately 9:00 p.m. Officers identified a female suspect who had been part of the dispute. The suspect had entered a restroom and officers made contact with her to verify her safety. Officers found the suspect in the process of using a syringe containing Cocaine. Officers also recovered several prescription narcotic pills in her possession. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Kevin R. Vertefeuille, 29, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F), Contempt of Court Warrant (m)

  Boise Police responded to a report of a man passed out in a running van at a convenience store near Federal Way and Findley early this morning (August 6th) at approximately 2:30 a.m. Officers found the driver slumped over the wheel with the vehicle still running. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had a current warrant for his arrest on Contempt of Court charges. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, blew a .20/.21 at the Ada County Jail. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had 2 prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
