  Arrested: Gregory A. Brockett, 52, Emmett

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F)

    Boise Police on patrol last night (July 22nd) at approximately 11:30 p.m. observed a vehicle fail to signal as it entered the roadway at the intersection of 28th and Gavin. As officers contacted the driver they observed the suspect driver holding a transparent plastic baggie containing what appeared to be Meth that the suspect appeared to be trying to conceal from officers. A field test of the substance, approximately 1 gram total package weight, confirmed it was meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Landon B. West, 21, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver (Marijuana)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

    Boise Police on patrol last night (July 22nd) at approximately 8:30 p.m. observed a vehicle fail to signal before making a lane change westbound on Overland. Officers conducted a traffic stop at Overland and Atlantic. As officers contacted the driver, a Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a large ziploc container with 3 individually packaged baggies of Marijuana with a total package weight of 3.1 grams, digital scales, a glass pipe and other items of paraphernalia. Officers have evidence that the suspect intended to sell the illegal substance. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
