  Warrant Arrested: Jeramiah D. Hazen, 32, Boise

  Warrant Charges: Injury to a Child (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Injury to a Child yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the alleged striking of a child under the age of 13 that took place on May 26th of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the incident that took place in a home in a south Boise neighborhood. The victim and the suspect are known to each other. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

 Warrant Arrested: Andrew J. Stephan, 19, Meridian

  Warrant Charges: Aggravated Assault (F), Failure to Appear (m), Probation Violation charges

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Aggravated Assault yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into an incident that took place on June 22nd of this year. On that date evidence indicates the suspect was involved in a fight at a residence in a west Boise neighborhood. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

 Warrant Arrested: Amber K. Boring, 22, Boise

  Warrant Charges:False Impersonation (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Receiving Stolen Property yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the fraudulent use of the victims identity to obtain medications that took place in February of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect used the victim's name and date of birth to obtain a narcotic prescription from a pharmacy in Boise. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
