  Arrested: Desiree A. Naylor, 27, Twin Falls

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Providing False Information to Police (m) 4 arrest warrants out of Twin Falls

    Boise Police on patrol yesterday evening (June 30th) at approximately 10:00 p.m. observed a vehicle swerving in and out of its lane and conducted a traffic stop near Broadway and Gallaher streets. As officers contacted the driver and the female passenger, later identified as Desiree Naylor, she provided false identifying information to officers. A Boise Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle, indicating the likely presence of drugs. Officers determined the suspects real identity and a check through Ada County records indicated she had four warrants for her arrest out of Twin Falls. A search of her person incident to arrest revealed a small amount of Meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Nicholas J. Hearne, 18, No Known Address

   Charges: Burglary (F)

  Citation Issued: Hamza S. Ishaq, 18, No Known Address

  Citation Charges:Unlawful Entry (m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a Burglary on the 1400 block of south Joyce yesterday afternoon (June 30th) at approximately 2:30 p.m. Victims tell police they returned to the residence and observed two men inside. They immediately called police, who located the two suspects a short distance away. Officers recovered clothing and a backpack believed to have been taken during the burglary. Hamza Ishaq was issued a misdemeanor citation for Unlawful entry and released. A check through Ada County Records indicated a current arrest warrant for Nicholas Hearne on a prior charge. Nicholas Hearne was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Dustin N. Gooden, 30, Meridian

   Charges: Malicious Injury to Property (F)

    Boise Police responded to a disturbance at a bar on the 600 block of west Main early this morning (July 1st) at approximately 2:00 a.m. Witnesses say the suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, became angry at a video game he was playing in the bar. Employees say the man hit the game with his fist, causing the screen to shatter and cutting the suspect's hand. Officers requested medical personnel to respond to the scene to treat the suspect's injury. The damage to the machine is estimated to be approximately $3,000.00 resulting in the Malicious Injury to Property charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Sara J. Burbridge, 24, Boise

   Charges: Battery on an Officer (F), Battery (m)

    Boise Police responded to a medical assist on an overdose at a residence on the 500 block of West Highland street yesterday evening (June 30th) at approximately 9:30 p.m. While paramedics attempted to provide medical care to the suspect she struck the paramedic in the chest with a closed fist. In the ambulance the suspect kicked the escorting officer in the head with her foot. After being cleared by medical personnel the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

 Warrant Arrested: Matthew A. Alsip, 20, Kuna

  Warrant Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth)(F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a small amount of meth located by Probation and Parole at a residence on the 4600 block of North Pierce Park in May of this year. Evidence indicates the substance belonged to the suspect. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

 Warrant Arrested: Hernandez N. Fernando, 28, Kuna

  Warrant Charges:Grand Theft (F)

    The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Grand Theft yesterday.

   The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of a electronic monitoring system the suspect was required to wear as a term of probation. Evidence indicates the suspect has failed to return the device to Probation and Parole after repeated attempts to contact him. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
