   Arrested: Narcisco L. Ferreira II, 27, Nampa

   Charges:Delivery of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Parole Violation Charges

    Boise Police on patrol responded to a disturbance on the 2400 block of South Vista last night (July 6th) at approximately 11:30 p.m. Restaurant employees tell police the suspect had been harassing employees and demanding they replace money the suspect had allegedly lost in the restaurant. As officers  investigated that report, they made contact with the suspect as he stood next to his vehicle at Vista and Cherry lane. A Boise Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle, indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a plastic baggie containing 2 grams total package weight of Meth, digital scales and several plastic baggies for packaging materials. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Damien A. Withers, 29, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(m), Possession of a Controlled Substance (marijuana)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

 Warrant Charges:Delivery of a Controlled Substance (F)

  Boise Police observed a vehicle perform an illegal lane change with expired registration early this morning (July 7th) at approximately 2:00 a.m. Officers stopped the driver on the 4500 block of Overland. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .18/.18 at the Ada County Jail. Officers recovered 4 grams total package weight of marijuana and a glass pipe containing residue belonging to the suspect. A check through Ada County Records indicated a current warrant for the suspects arrest on Delivery of a Controlled Substance charges. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

 Arrested: Danielle E. Roberts, 22, Boise

  Charges:Grand Theft (F)

   Boise Police responded to a report of  theft at a retail store on the 2200 block of South Apple yesterday (July 6th) at approximately 11:00 a.m. Store managers tell police that the suspect, an employee of the store, had been stealing prescription medications since October of 2009. The value of the loss is estimated to be in excess of $4,000.00 resulting in the Grand Theft charge. After a detailed investigation the suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
