  Arrested: Brandon S. Cathey, 36, Boise

   Charges: Aggravated Battery (F), Parole Violation Charges

    Boise Police responded to a fight at a residence on the 1900 block of North Hampton Friday evening (May 7th) at approximately 9:00 p.m.The victim tells police the suspect had come to his home and began arguing about a property dispute. According to the victim, at one point the suspect punched him in the jaw. Officers located the suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated at the time, and after a detailed investigation he was taken into custody. Paramedics determined the victim's jaw was broken resulting in the Aggravated Battery charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Andrew H. Elder, 45, Boise

   Charges:Delivery of a Controlled substance (F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

   Boise Police on patrol just after midnight this morning (May 10th) observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane and conducted a traffic stop near Roosevelt and Overland. As officers contacted the driver, a Boise Police K-9 alerted on the vehicle indicating the likely presence of drugs. A search of the vehicle revealed a pipe with marijuana residue. Officers also recovered a large plastic bag containing 9 smaller, individually packed baggies of marijuana resulting in the Delivery of a Controlled Substance charge. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Juanita L. Mallery, 48, Boise

   Charges: Malicious Injury to Property, Striking a Unattended Vehicle (F),

    Boise Police responded to a hit and run on the 6300 block of West Primrose early this morning (May 10th) at approximately 2:30 a.m. The victim tells police the suspect had been involved in an argument with the victim and left the house. Moments later, witnesses say they heard a crash and saw the suspect speeding away. Officers determined the suspect had hit the vehicle she intended to crash into and another nearby car, before fleeing the scene. Boise Police located the suspect moments later still driving in the area. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Ryan L. Graham, 20, Boise

   Charges: Grand Theft (F),

    Boise Police arrested Ryan Graham Friday at approximately 11:00 a.m. near Broadway and Hale streets. The arrest comes after a detailed investigation into a stolen Mountain Bike that occured on April 27th of this year, from a residence on the 1600 block of West Hays street. The value of the bike is estimated at approximately $1,800.00 resulting in the Grand Theft charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Rufus O. Brown, 32, Houston Texas

   Charges:10 Counts of Identity Theft (F), 10 Counts of Grand Theft (F)

   Boise Police arrested the suspect Sunday (May 9th) after a detailed investigation into Identity theft and Forged Checks that had been used to obtain funds without consent. During the course of the investigation, the suspect was searched and found to have 10 drivers licenses with his picture on them. Each license had a different name. The suspect also had multiple forged checks in his possession. Evidence indicates the suspect had been using the fake ID's and checks to obtain cash at local businesses. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Sherwin J. Josafat, 18, Boise

   Charges:Grand Theft (F), Forgery (F)

   Boise Police arrested the suspect Friday (May 7th) after an investigation into illegal activity at a local bank. Witnesses tell police the suspect entered a bank on the 2700 block of Airport way and opened a bank account using a forged check at approximately 4:00 p.m. The suspect then received a debit card from the bank before leaving. Officers located the suspect later that day and, after a detailed investigation, took him into custody. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
