  Arrested: Matthew D. Mckee, 18, Boise

   Charges: Malicious Injury to Property (F), Discharge of a Firearm into an Occupied Dwelling (F)

  Arrested: Ryan D. Peppersack, 19, Eagle

   Charges: Malicious Injury to Property (F),

  Arrested: Michael W. Jobe, 19, Eagle

   Charges: Aiding and Abeting (F),

    Boise Police responded to a report of a vandalism that had just  taken place on the 3900 block of North Marcliffe Place early this morning (May 5th) just after midnight. The victim gave officers a vehicle description and license plate of a suspect vehicle as officers responded to the scene. Boise Police located the vehicle at 43rd and Stockton and conducted a traffic stop. Witnesses tell police they heard their large bay window shatter and observed a vehicle drive past their home early this morning. As the vehicle drove by a second time they obtained the vehicle information. Officers recovered a BB gun from the suspect vehicle at the time of arrest. Officers have evidence that the suspects may be involved in several other incidents reported last night in the same area involving the shooting of vehicle windows and damage to property. Detectives also believe the suspects were involved in shooting at vehicles on the night of May 3rd in a neighborhood in the North end. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

 

 TITLE 18 -CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS -CHAPTER 33 -FIREARMS, EXPLOSIVES AND OTHER DEADLY WEAPONS18-3317.Unlawful discharge of a firearm at a dwelling house, occupied building, vehicle or mobile home. It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally and unlawfully discharge a firearm at an inhabited dwelling house, occupied building, occupied motor vehicle, inhabited mobile home, inhabited travel trailer, or inhabited camper. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a felony, punishable by imprisonment in the state prison for a term not to exceed fifteen (15) years.As used in this section, "inhabited" means currently being used for dwelling purposes, whether occupied or not.

  Arrested: Nathan A. Thurman, 33, Boise

   Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) (F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications)(m), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m), Probation Violation Charges

    Boise Police assisted Idaho Probation and Parole agents as they searched a home on the 1400 block of South Michigan Street yesterday May 5th) at approximately 2:30 p.m. Officers recovered several items of paraphernalia with Meth residue, a small amount of Psilocybin mushrooms and prescription pills from the home. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.
