   Arrested: Chad R. Streeter, 20, Boise

   Charges:Rape (F)

Boise Police arrested the suspect yesterday (April 7th) after a detailed investigation into allegations of a forceable rape that reportedly took place on April 6th of this year. The incident was reported to Boise Police on April 7th. The victim, an adult female, tells detectives the rape took place at a Boise Bench home. The suspect is well known to the victim and officers have no reason at this time to believe other victims are involved in this incident. The investigation into this case continues. Further inquires should be directed to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorneys Office.

    Arrested: Stephen C. Borden, 55, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

 Boise Police received a citizen report of a possible drunk driver early this morning (April 8th) at approximately 1:00 a.m. Officers located the vehicle at Fariview and Milwaukee and made contact with the driver. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had 2 prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Mark N. Fuller, 29, Caldwell

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F) , Failure to Appear Warrant

 Boise Police received a citizen report of a possible drunk driver late last night (April 7th) at approximately 11:30 p.m. Officers located the vehicle at and conducted a traffic stop at Kootenai and Shaw.The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a .17/.16 at the jail. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had 2 prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony.Ada County Records also confirmed a current warrant for the suspect's arrest out of Payette. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.
