   Arrested: Timothy P. Smith, 26, Boise

   Charges:Burglary (F)

   Arrested: Amanda K. Ehli, 19, Boise

   Charges:Burglary (F)

 Boise Police responded to a citizen report of a vehicle burglary in progress at a retail store on the 300 block of North Milwaukee Sunday (April 11th) at approximately 4:30 p.m. The witness tells police he saw the suspects attempt to break into more than one vehicle in a large parking lot. As the witness called police, the suspects left the area. The witness was able to provide crucial identifying information about the suspect's vehicle to police who located the car roughly an hour later near Rose Hill and Eiden. After a detailed investigation, the suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Alin Iordanescu, 27, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Prescription Medications)(F), Battery (m)

 Boise Police on patrol in the downtown area early Saturday morning (April 10th) at approximately 1:30 a.m. were contacted by employees of a bar located on the 100 block of South 6th street. Employees tell police the suspect had battered one of the employees and wished to conduct a citizen's arrest. A search of the suspects person incident to that arrest revealed prescription medications that the suspect did not have a prescription for. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

  Arrested: Mitchell S. Cowdrey, 21, Boise

   Charges: Arson (F),

    Boise Police responded to a report of Arson at a residence on the 800 block of North 18th Street early Sunday morning (April 11th) at approximately 6:00 a.m. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, was located next to the small fire that had been started on the concrete entryway to the home. Witnesses tell police the suspect had been there for at least an hour as he tended the fire. Detectives have evidence that the the suspect started the fire and may have done so to get warm. The entryway of the residence was damaged by smoke and heat from the fire. Detectives can find no connection between the suspect and anyone who lives at the home. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: Arthuro Cisneros, 34, Boise

    Charges:Driving Under the Influence (DUI)(F)

 Boise Police observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane early Saturday morning (April 10th) at approximately 1:00 a.m. Officers stopped the driver at State and Alamosa street. The suspect, who appeared to be very intoxicated at the time, failed several field sobriety tests and blew a blood draw was performed for later evidentiary testing. A check through Ada County records indicated the suspect had prior convictions for DUI making this charge a felony. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Casey M. Pickner, 28, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (m)

 Boise Police responded to a citizen call of a person passed out in a vehicle to conduct a welfare check Saturday morning (April 10th) at approximately 9:00 a.m. in a parking lot at Fairview and Liberty. Officers observed what appeared to be meth in plain sight in the front of the vehicle. Officers recovered approximately 4.1 grams of meth and a glass pipe. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Kasondra K. Josephson, 20, Boise

   Charges:Burglary (F), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth), Carrying a Concealed Weapon (m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 8300 block of West Franklin Saturday (April 10th) at approximately 5:30 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. A search of the suspect incident to her arrest revealed a small amount of Meth in a cigarette container and a large folding blade knife with a four inch blade concealed on her person. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Tamie M. Weaver, 35, Boise

   Charges:Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 1500 block of State Saturday (April 10th) at approximately 5:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested: Marcus L. Wong, 23, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Delivery of a Controlled Substance (F)

   Warrant Arrested: Megan M. Dawson, 21, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (F)

 The suspects were taken into custody on outstanding felony warrants Sunday.

The arrest warrants stem from an ongoing investigation into the possession and sale of narcotics at a home on the 6400 block of Douglas street discovered by police during a Health and Welfare check that took place on March 17th. Evidence indicates the suspects had a small amount of Meth and Marijuana in the home at the time and Marcus Wong was involved in the sale of drugs. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
