  Arrested: Santoyo H. Rodriguez, 27, Nampa

   Charges: Burglary (F),

    Boise Police responded to a Burglary in progress outside a bar on the 10,000 block of West Overland last night (March 24th) at approximately 9:30 p.m. Multiple witnesses tell police the suspect, later identified as Santoyo Rodriguez, was caught as he attempted to remove the stereo from a truck in the parking area. Witnesses detained the suspect until police arrived. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Jassan D. Michaelson, 26, Meridian

   Charges:Trafficking (Marijuana) (F)

    Boise Police Narcotics Detectives arrested Jassan D. Michaelson yesterday as part of an ongoing investigation into the trafficking of marijuana. Detectives have evidence that indicates the suspect sold approximately 1 pound (469 grams) of marijuana on March 22nd at a home on the 600 block of Pierce street in Boise. The controlled substance is valued at approximately $3,500.00.

    The BANDIT Task Forceinvestigates gambling, prostitution and illegal drug use. The Task Force includes Detectives from the Boise Police Department, Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms agency and the Idaho National Guard, working as part of a multi-jurisdictional task force called B.A.N.D.I.T. (Boise Area Narcotics and Drug Interdiction Task Force), commissioned to protect the community from illegal drug activity.

   Arrested: William P. Callahan, 33, Meridian

   Charges:Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 1500 block of West State yesterday (March 24th) at approximately 7:30 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    The Boise Police Organized Retail Crime Unit has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal of the BPD Organized Retail Crime Unit is to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can impact consumer prices.

   Arrested: Elizabeth D. Coffman, 41, Boise

   Charges:Burglary (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 8100 block of Fairview yesterday (March 24th) at approximately 7:30 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspect conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested: Seleana R. Frakes, 22, No Known Address

   Warrant Charges:Receiving Stolen Property (F), Probation Violation Charges

 The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Receiving Stolen Property yesterday.

 The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into a retail theft that took place at a store in January of this year. Officers have evidence that the suspect took part in the shoplifting incident and kept items from that crime. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Warrant Charges:Burglary (F)

   Warrant Arrested: Joshua H. Beasley, 20, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Burglary (F)

 The suspects were taken into custody on outstanding felony warrants for Burglary yesterday.

 The arrest warrants stem from an ongoing investigation into a burglary at a home that took place in October of 2008. Officers have evidence that the suspects took part in the home burglary during which several personal items were stolen. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
