  Arrested: Zacarey Grow, 18, Boise

   Charges: Burglary (F), Minor Consumption of Alcohol (m)

    Boise Police responded to a residential Burglary on the 3600 block of Collister Drive early this morning  (March 5th) at approximately 2:00 a.m. Victims tell police the suspect, later identified as Zacarey Grow, had entered the home through an unlocked door. The victim, returning home with a friend, entered the residence and found the suspect in the kitchen. The suspect, who appeared to be intoxicated at the time, attempted to run away on foot. The friend caught the suspect and held him until officers arrived. Boise Police Officers have evidence that indicates the suspect entered the home to take items. The suspect was transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

   Charges: Burglary (F), Providing False Information (m)

  Arrested: Anneca S. Maestas, 26, No Known Address

   Charges: Burglary (F), Providing False Information (m)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a theft at a retail store on the 8200 block of West Fairview yesterday (March 4th) at approximately 4:00 p.m. Store employees tell police that they witnessed the suspects conceal items and then leave the store without paying for them. Officers believe the suspect entered the store with the intent to commit the theft resulting in the burglary charge. The suspects provided false identifying information to officers when questioned about the incident. The suspects were transported to the Ada County Jail and booked on the above listed charges.

    The Boise Police Department has developed a positive, productive working relationship with loss prevention agents from many local retail stores, large and small, local and national chains. The goal Unit is to work with retailers to reduce theft and fraud, crimes that can impact consumer prices.

   Warrant Arrested: Patricia L. Smith, 56, Boise

    Warrant Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Meth) (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance yesterday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the use of Meth at a home on the 1000 block of North Allumbaugh that took place in October of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was in possession of Meth at the time. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Warrant Arrested: Liberty A. Cutler, 27, Boise

    Warrant Charges:Possession of a Controlled Substance (Prescription Medications) (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance yesterday.

    The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of prescription medications by fraud at a local pharmacy. Evidence indicates the suspect fraudulently obtained the medications in February of this year. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
