    Arrested: Ebadullah Temori, 49, Boise

    Charges:Aggravated Battery (F)

    Boise Police responded to a fight with a weapon Friday (March 19th) at approximately 6:00 p.m. at a home on the 500 block of South Curtis. The victim tells police the suspect, who is a relative, began a verbal argument that escalated into a physical fight. At one point, the victim says the suspect struck him in the head with a glass cup causing a laceration. The victim was transported to the hospital with what appeared at the time to be non-life threatening injuries. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

    Arrested: David A. Breaux, 43, Boise

    Charges:Aggravated Assault (F)

    Boise Police responded to a report of a drunk driver Saturday (March 20th) traveling westbound on Victory at approximately 1:00 a.m. Victims tell police they called in to report the driver as possibly DUI because the vehicle was travelling at a very slow rate of speed. The victims followed the suspect vehicle as they called police. At one point, victims say the suspect pulled over at Empire and Victory and exited the vehicle. Victims tell police the suspect retrieved a rifle from the vehicle and pointed it at them. Victims, who tell police they feared for their lives, immediately drove away from the scene and waited for police to arrive. Officers, who arrived immediately after, recovered the weapon from the suspect's vehicle. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges according to Idaho State code.

    Assault defined. An assault is: (a)  An unlawful attempt, coupled with apparent ability, to commit a violent injury on the person of another; or (b)  An intentional, unlawful threat by word or act to do violence to the person of another, coupled with an apparent ability to do so, and doing some act which creates a well-founded fear in such other person that such violence is imminent.
    18-905 Aggravated assault defined. An aggravated assault is an assault:(a)  With a deadly weapon or instrument without intent to kill; or (b)  By any means or force likely to produce great bodily harm. (d)  "Deadly weapon or instrument" as used in this chapter is defined to include any firearm, though unloaded or so defective that it can not be fired.

   Arrested: Crystal D. Mather, 42, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Meth)(F)

    Boise Police responded to a home on the 3200 block of North 32nd Friday (March 19th) at approximately 4:30 p.m. A witness tells police she located two glass drug pipes that belonged to a roommate in a common area of the shared home. Officers determined the pipes belonged to the suspect. A search of the suspect's room revealed two baggies containing a small amount of meth. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Arrested: Michael R. Downs, 19, Boise

   Charges:Possession of a Controlled substance (Prescription Medications)(F), 

    Boise Police on patrol Saturday (March 20th) at approximately 7:30 p.m. observed a vehicle with cancelled registration and conducted a traffic stop on the 15000 block of Leadville. Officers determined the passenger, Michael Downs, had a current warrant for his arrest on a failure to appear charge. The suspect was taken into custody and a search of his person revealed 3 tablets of a controlled substance in his possession. The suspect was booked at the Ada County Jail on the above listed charges.

   Warrant Arrested: Glen L. Cloyd, 54, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Burglary (F), Probation Violation Charges

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary Saturday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into two stolen game consoles taken from a store that took place in May of last year. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in the theft from a retail store. Officers later identified the suspect. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Warrant Arrested: Andew G. Moore, 33, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Receiving Stolen Property (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Receiving Stolen Property Saturday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into stolen checks. Evidence indicates the suspect was involved in using the checks to obtain cash from the victim's bank account in October of last year. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Warrant Arrested: Renee K. Olinger, 42, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Burglary (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary Saturday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of items from a retail store in January of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect entered the store on more than one occasion and stole items by concealing them. Officers later identified the suspect. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.

   Warrant Arrested: Jacquelyn A. Knoblock, 20, Boise

   Warrant Charges:Burglary (F)

The suspect was taken into custody on an outstanding felony warrant for Burglary Sunday.

The arrest warrant stems from an ongoing investigation into the theft of items from several retail stores in March of this year. Evidence indicates the suspect entered the stores on more than one occasion and stole items by concealing them. Officers later identified the suspect. That investigative information was forwarded to the Ada County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and resulted in the felony warrant.
